解決方法：
一、終端修改：
①查看自己的下載channels信息：
conda config --show channels
channels:
- defaults
- conda-forge
②按照如下命令添加conda鏡像
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --add channels http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/free/
conda config --add channels http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/
conda config --add channels http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
③更新conda
conda update --allUpload successful.
然后就可以安裝需要的包了
二、Windows修改：
找到.condarc文件（所在C盤--用戶--用戶名文件夾目錄下）之后刪除原來(lái)的內(nèi)容，復(fù)制粘貼如下命令：
